The electronic archive of the Museum of Free Belarus has been enriched with 15 photographs by renowned Belarusian photographers. Among the authors are Vialeta Sauchyc and Vadzim Zamiroŭski, whose photos, taken in August 2020, remind us of the heroines and heroes of the Belarusian protest — a movement whose scale astonished the entire world.

The museum continues to be inspired by the dignity of Belarusians and their longing for freedom, and therefore does not cease its work of collecting both physical and digital artifacts of the Belarusian protest.
If you possess an artifact with a personal story, bring it and donate it to the museum’s collection — and share your story. It can be a photo, clothing, a poster, a letter — an object that accompanied you on your journey. The museum will preserve what must not disappear.

The acquisition of these photographic works was made possible through the support of the museum project within the framework of the “Digital Culture 2025” program, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland.
