In Warsaw, the Free Belarus Museum staged the one-person performance “The Day After Tomorrow Will Be Tomorrow”. The production tells the real-life story of the detention, imprisonment, and release of a political prisoner. Actor and director Pavel Haradnitski shared his thoughts after the show:
"The impression was that a kind of connection with the audience was established. I felt it, it was clear. People understood what I was talking about. I asked for feedback, and they said it felt alive, not as pompous as they expected. The topic is such that you could easily exaggerate it, and then it would look bad. But here it was simple, heartfelt, fast, lively, funny. We cried, laughed, and experienced emotions."
The performance was prepared in collaboration with the Legal Initiative as part of the Week Against Torture.
