Study of Online and Offline Audience Needs and Interests of the Free Belarus Museum

The Free Belarus Museum invites you to take part in an anonymous online survey focused on exploring the needs and interests of its audience. The survey is open to both people who have already interacted with the museum and those who are only beginning to discover its work.

The main goals of the study are to:

• assess the clarity and quality of the museum’s communication,
• better understand audience needs and expectations,
• identify the most relevant topics and formats for museum activities,
• improve the museum’s relationship with its audience and community.

The survey is completely anonymous and safe. No personal data is collected, and all responses will be analyzed only in aggregated form. Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 8–10 minutes.
