The Museum of Free Belarus invites you to the first meeting of the Belarusian Museum Laboratory, which will take place on March 6–7. The event will bring together several dozen specialists in museology, cultural studies, and history. Presentations will include museum initiatives such as the House of Free Belarus (Lviv), the Ivan Lutskevich Belarusian Museum (Vilnius), the Francis Skaryna Library and Museum (London), the Museum of Free Belarus (Warsaw), and others.
Confirmed participants include prominent cultural figures such as Sviatlana Kurs, Siarhei Budkin, Volha Klip, Katsiaryna Vadanosava, Mikita Monich (online), Volha Arkhipava, and others.
The goal of the Belarusian Museum Laboratory is to unite Belarusian professionals and experts in museology, cultural studies, history, and heritage preservation — particularly those in exile — into a community with sustainable professional connections. Special attention will be given to strategic development, communication, preservation of cultural values, and the challenges of integrating Belarusian culture into the European context.
