Meeting with Amnesty International: Presentation of the Social Patronage Program

On April 19 at 4:00 PM, a presentation of the Amnesty International patronage program will take place at the Free Belarus Museum.

As part of the program, teams of volunteers will work with people who have migration experience, supporting them in adapting to their new reality. Some volunteers will help with learning the Polish language, others will assist with completing documents for public institutions, and some will support participants in preparing their CVs and searching for employment.

Over the course of six months, volunteers will also help participants build connections within local communities so that they can feel a sense of belonging.

If this form of support could help you feel more comfortable in Poland and find your place in the local community, the Free Belarus Museum invites you to join us on Sunday, April 19, at 4:00 PM. We will meet with representatives of Amnesty International, learn more about the social patronage program, and share our migration experiences.
