“Roots and Wings” Psychology Festival at Free Belarus Museum
October 17, 2026

On 17 October, we invite everyone who cares about their mental health while living in exile to the “Roots and Wings” Psychology Festival.
The programme features talks by psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists on how to find new meaning in life when everything around us feels uncertain and stormy.
The festival will also offer mental health professionals an opportunity to meet, connect and exchange ideas. A special discussion for professionals, “Who Supports You While You Support Others?”, will be open to everyone interested.
Come to gain new knowledge and make connections — or simply to spend some time among your own community.
