On 8 and 9 August, the Free Belarus Museum will host curator-led tours of the exhibition “2020: Minsk Speaks.”
During the tours, we will share the story of how the museum built its collection of white-red-white flags and the personal histories behind them. Visitors will also discover an archive of photographs documenting Minsk's protest street art, created in 2020 by historian Aliaksandr Hrusha.
The tours offer an opportunity not only to explore the exhibition but also to learn about its creation, the stories behind its exhibits, and the people whose efforts helped preserve these testimonies of Belarus's contemporary history.
