Free workshops on the Polish job market for Belarusians – a joint initiative by Fundacja Ocalenie and the Free Belarus Museum

The Free Belarus Museum continues its cooperation with Polish institutions supporting people with migration experience.

In collaboration with Fundacja Ocalenie and Muzeum Wolnej Białorusi, a group of Belarusians is being formed to participate in workshops titled “The Polish Labour Market – Opportunities and Realities.”

During the sessions, experts from Fundacja Ocalenie will cover topics such as:

  • structure of the Polish labour market, statistics, and salaries,
  • the impact of migration and key trends for 2026,
  • sectors open to foreign workers and shortage occupations,
  • employer expectations and types of employment contracts,
  • basics of labour law and work permits,
  • institutions supporting employment (public services and NGOs),
  • education and professional development opportunities,
  • recognition of qualifications,
  • effective job search platforms and job fairs.

Workshop dates:

  • April 26, 2026 (Sunday), 14:00–18:00
  • May 3, 2026 (Sunday), 14:00–17:00
  • May 10, 2026 (Sunday), 14:00–17:00
