The Free Belarus Museum invites you to a presentation of the book by Iryna Lappo, “Wolni Kupałowcy. Teatr narodowy na wygnaniu”, посвящённой судьбе актеров Kupala Theatre after 2020 and the phenomenon of a national theatre in exile.
Each chapter tells the story of a specific performance, revealing key themes of our time, the challenges faced, and the experience of loss and renewal.
On World Theatre Day, we invite you to meet the Free Kupala Theatre artists. During the event, you will have a chance to:
— learn about the extraordinary story of Belarus’s leading theatre
— meet actors and creators of the project
— experience the spirit of live theatre that continues beyond borders
