The Free Belarus Museum ofconducted an audience survey to better understand your interests, needs, and expectations of the museum.
A total of 50 people took part in the survey: 37 online respondents and 13 visitors who completed questionnaires directly at the museum. We asked about the most interesting event formats, visitors’ experiences with the museum, communication channels, and areas that, in your opinion, could be improved.
The most important finding is that a strong and loyal community has already formed around the museum.
Most of our audience actively participates in cultural life, regularly visiting museums, exhibitions, and other cultural events. This means that our goal is not simply to attract attention, but to create a place that people want to return to.
Based on your feedback, we plan to further develop interactive exhibition elements, continue working towards a permanent exhibition, and expand our public programme in line with your interests.
We will also continue to develop trilingual content, guided tours in Belarusian, Polish, and English, video formats, our events newsletter, and a loyalty programme for regular visitors.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey, and for your trust and support.
If you have ideas, comments, or suggestions, please write to us and visit the museum. We are always open to dialogue.
The audience survey was conducted as part of the project “The Free Belarus Museum: Strengthening Capacity for Belarusian Culture”. The project is supported by the ArtPower Belarus programme and funded by the European Union.
